If anyone qualifies as a New Media and Social Media expert, it's Lee Hower.

Lee has been building and investing in early stage Internet businesses his entire career. And he's chosen well: After cutting his Internet teeth as an early employee of Paypal, in 2002 he became one of the founders of LinkedIn, the preeminent professional networking site which has since grown to over 100 million registered users worldwide. Leaving Silicon Valley, Lee moved back to the east coast and jumped over to the investing side of the startup ecosystem. Currently, he is co-founder and partner of NextView Ventures, an investment firm focused on seed stage internet-enabled businesses and is also an angel investor in and/or adviser to Swipely, oneforty, and Athleague.

But Lee is just one of our amazing New Media movers and shakers! Our other esteemed panel of media experts includes:

Dale Kramer Cohen,
President and Co-Founder, IvyLife
Christian Anthony ’96, Co-Founder, Special Ops
Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay ’94, VP, Ad Sales, MTV2
Jill Schlesinger ’87, Editor-at-Large, CBS MoneyWatch.com
Karen Shapiro ’80, former NY Bureau Chief, Entertainment Tonight

The panel will be moderated by Matt Paknis ’85, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts and Founder/Owner of Matt Paknis Leadership Development.

 Panelists subject to change.
