Curator and Brown alumna Adriana Zavala will guide our private group through this fascinating exhibition followed by a lovely Victorian Tea Reception. As part the event, you may explore the bucolic grounds independently both before and after the tour & reception. Journey to the horticultural wonders of the Botanical Garden for this VIP guided tour. Later relax at a private cocktail reception with Brown Club members and their guests. The book Frida Kahlo’s Garden will be available for you at the bookshop for the curator’s book signing. FRIDA KAHLO: Art, Garden, and Life focuses on the iconic artist's engagement with nature in her
native country of Mexico. The exhibition is the first solo presentation of Kahlo's work in New York
City in more than 10 years, and the first exhibition to focus exclusively on her intense interest in
the botanical world.
